Many of our classroom teachers choose
to take their students on educational field trips to extend their learning through real world settings. Due to budget cuts, we no longer have the
use of school buses, so teachers generally rely on parent drivers. Drivers are
expected to fill out a form we have in the office that keeps records of
insurance policy numbers and some basic information about the car. This is to
help us maintain safety for our student passengers should there be an accident.
Field Trip Permission Slips
All students must have a permission slip to
participate on any off-campus activity. If your child forgot to bring the field trip
permission slip home, you may go to the district website to access a blank
form by clicking this link: Field Trip Permission Form . Please fill it out completely with the date and location of the field trip and your signature, giving your child permission to
attend the activity with his/her classmates. The form must be returned to the school completed for your child to attend an off-campus activity.
